Authenticated accounts can open a paginated list of notifications, see the unread count and mark individual items or the current list as read. The linked record remains authoritative.

Notification preferences cover supported push, email and SMS channels, booking and class updates, reminders, review invitations, cancellation-window notices, marketing and quiet hours.
Recover after a device blocks push
Push also depends on the phone’s operating-system permission. If the prompt is no longer available, the app explains the iOS or Android settings path and checks the permission again when you return.
Set preferences from your account
Open the app to review notification settings and device permission status. Turning off a delivery channel does not change the underlying booking, payment or account record.

Is a notification proof that an appointment is confirmed?
No. A later action may have changed the booking after a message was queued. Open the booking and check its current status, price and terms.
What happens if push permission is refused?
The account remains usable. The app shows a recovery path to system settings when the operating system will not present the permission prompt again.
