Customer Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Terms

Bukiby provides discovery, booking, communication and payment tools. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, the trainer, professional or venue shown on the booking is the independent provider of the real-world service. Bukiby does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

Before confirmation we show the provider, service, place, time, duration, total price and applicable cancellation, change and no-show policy. A booking is not completed if mandatory terms cannot be loaded. The confirmation, price, policy version and timestamp are retained and made available to you.

Payments may be processed by the provider named at checkout. Hidden mandatory fees are prohibited. Provider-specific terms apply only if shown before confirmation and cannot remove statutory rights. Provider cancellation or a material change gives you a choice of a suitable alternative or full refund. Approved refunds return to the original method subject to bank processing time.

Any statutory cooling-off right and exceptions remain available. If you request performance during that period, we obtain any legally required express request and acknowledgement. App-store subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded under the relevant store rules displayed before purchase.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, deliberate misconduct, data-protection breach or anything that law does not allow us to exclude. Each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach. The independent provider remains responsible for the professional service it delivers.

Contact destek@bukiby.com with the booking or account reference. We investigate fairly, preserve relevant records and explain the outcome. Your right to contact a payment provider, consumer body, regulator or competent court is not restricted. Governing law and courts are read subject to the mandatory law of your residence.
